Privacy is important to Relativity6. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the ways in which Relativity6 collects, uses, discloses, and shares personal information or personal data. This Policy applies to all Relativity6 websites and to Relativity6 to the products and services (“Services”) that Relativity6 provides to its customers. If you do not agree with the practices explained in this Policy, you should not use this Relativity6 website or the Services.

Information We Collect
Relativity6 may collect the following types of data from website visitors and from the users of Relativity6 Services:
“Website Navigation Information” such as information about your computer and your visits to Relativity6 websites such as IP addresses, geographical locations, browser types, referral source, time spent of webpages, and webpages viewed. This information is used to operate and improve the usability of Relativity6 websites.
“Personal Information” such as your name, phone number, e-mail, company name, address, or other information about yourself or your company or business.
- Relativity6 Does Not Sell Personal Information. Relativity6 will never sell your Personal Information to any third party.
- You may choose to navigate Relativity6 webpages without providing any Personal Information.
- If you believe your personal information has been provided to Relativity6 via a 3rd party or Relativity6 customer and you wish to exercise your rights to access, amend, update, or delete such personal information, please email legal@relativity6.com. Please provide the name of the 3rd party or business you believe submitted your information to Relativity6. Relativity6 will work with that business to ensure your information is no longer transmitted to Relativity6.
Individuals in the European Union
o If you are an individual based in the European Union, you may ask to have your personal data removed or deleted from Relativity6 websites. Or, you may limit the processing of your personal data. Exceptions may apply where Relativity6 must retain personal data for legal reasons.
o If you have submitted a GDPR data subject access request to exercise your right to be forgotten Relativity6 will delete your personal data within 30 days of the request.
o If you are an individual based in the European Union, you may request a copy of your personal data and you can update any incorrect information.
o Relativity6 relies on European Union Model Clauses for data transfer in and out of European Union member states (more information about European Union data transfer and Privacy Shield Principles are outlined below).

Children
o Relativity6 websites and Services are not intended for or aimed at children under 13. Relativity6 does not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 13. If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 13, please contact us legal@relativity6.com so that we may delete the information.
Relativity6 uses Personal Information to improve website performance; communicate with you; provide customer service and support; send you technical information, updates, security alerts, or administrative messages; provide you with information about services, such as surveys, newsletters, offers, or marketing communications; process transactions; monitor usage patterns for marketing purposes; investigate illegal activities; provide 3rd parties with statical information about Relativity6 users and customers that does not include Personal Information; share with trusted contractors and sub-contractors who are bound by confidentiality agreements. In addition to the uses identified here and elsewhere in this Policy, Relativity may use Personal Information for other reasons that may arise that are in the legitimate interests of Relativity6 and that comport with this Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.
“Content-based Information” such as information and data that input, upload, transmit, or store while using Relativity6 websites or Services or Websites.
“Analytics” such as web browsing behavior collected through such modes as HTTP beacons and/or cookies.
“Usage Information” such as data about the use of services, features, or the behavior of users that does not contain Personal Information.
“System Information” such as information about Relativity6 products being used on customer systems. System information may include information about, server environments, operating systems, language, and geographic settings, browser types and versions, and other client device specifications necessary to improve products. You may request that Relativity6 not collect such information.
“Customer Data” such as data that is transmitted to Relativity6 for the purpose of hosting and processing and providing the Services. Relativity6 shall only access or use Customer Data pursuant to a customer’s Service Plan and to provide diagnostic information to Relativity6 technical support personnel. A “Service Plan” refers to the set of contractual agreements Relativity6 customers enter into with Relativity6.
Consent and Use of Collected Information
The use of any data collected is governed by the relevant current legislation in your region as well as this Policy. By using Relativity6 websites and Services you consent to this Policy, but you may revoke your consent at any time, and you may object to any future uses of your data. This revocation may be communicated through use of the unsubscribe links provided in emails or by reaching out to legal@relativity6.com.
Service Providers and Third Parties
Relativity6 engages certain service providers and 3rd parties to provide its Services. For example, Relativity6 uses cloud-based computing environments, such as Amazon Web Services, to process data for its customers, and Google Analytics to perform analytical assessments of its websites. These 3rd have limited access to your information and may use it only to perform tasks on Relativity6’s behalf. These 3rd parties are further obligated to not disclose or use your information for any other purposes.
Security of your Personal Information
Relativity6 uses appropriate, reasonable, commercially accepted, and industry specific physical and data security procedures to protect Personal Information. Relativity6 encourages all of its customer to safeguard access to their data and the data provided through the Services by deploying commercially reasonable and industry appropriate data security measures. Relativity6 is not responsible for 3rd party circumvention of its customer’s security measures.
External Websites
If a Relativity6 websites provides a link to other websites, Relativity6 does not control, and is not responsible for, the content or privacy practices of these other websites. Our provision of such links does not constitute an endorsement of these other websites, their content, their owners, or their practices. This Policy does not apply to these other websites, which are subject to any privacy and other policies they may have.
Retention of Personal Information
Relativity6 retains Personal Information only for as long as it is required to be used for providing Relativity6 Services, or until a specific data retention period (such as one required by law or regulation is met). If you no longer wish for Relativity6 to use your data, please email legal@relativity6.com to inform them of you desire to have your information deleted.
International Transfer of Information
To facilitate Services for our international customers, Relativity6 may need to transfer and access Personal Information from around the world. If you are in the European Union, or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, by providing your personal data to us, you consent to the transfer to, processing, and storage of your personal information in the United States and other countries, the privacy laws of which may be considered less strict than those of your region. This consent applies in addition to other legal grounds for transfer, processing and storage of your Personal Information, such as for contract fulfillment purposes. To the extent that Relativity6 is deemed to transfer Personal Information outside of the European Union we rely separately, alternatively, and independently on the following legal bases to transfer your information:
- Model Clauses - The European Commission has adopted standard contractual clauses (also known as Model Clauses), which provide safeguards for personal information that is transferred outside of Europe. Relativity6 relies on these Model Clauses when transferring personal information outside of Europe.
Your Rights as an Individual Based in the European Union
Relativity6 does not currently participate in the Privacy Shield program, however, Relativity6 endeavors to uphold Privacy Shield Principles. European Union individuals with inquiries or regarding our Privacy Shield policy should contact Relativity6 at legal@relativity6.com. Please contact Relativity6 if you would like to: access to your information; correct information about you; delete your information; object to how we may use your information; restrict how we may use your information; inquire about a decision based on automated processing; withdraw your consent using your information. Please contact us at legal@relativity6.com to exercise any of the foregoing rights. However, if you want to use Relativity6’s Services, you will need to agree to a Service Plan, which sets out the contract terms between Relativity6 and its customers in order for Relativity6 to transfer your personal information to the US and to other jurisdictions as necessary to provide the Services.
Corporate Occurrences
If Relativity6 is acquired by another company, that company would receive all the information gathered by Relativity6 on its websites. This Information would continue to be governed by this Policy. Relativity6 may also share your personal information with our current or future affiliates, auditors, attorneys or other advisors in the connection with corporate functions.
Compliance with Legal Process
We may be required to disclose your Personal Information or information with respect to your use of our websites and Services in response to lawful requests by governmental or regulatory agency or by court order, subpoena or other legal process or requirement, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, or if we reasonably believe that such disclosure is necessary (i) to investigate, prevent or take action with respect to suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies, (ii) to protect the safety of any person from death or serious bodily injury, (iii) to prevent fraud or abuse of our Websites, products and services or infringement of our intellectual property rights in our Websites, products and services, (iv) to enforce our terms of use or your agreements with us, or (v) to investigate and defend ourselves against any third party claims or allegations.
Cookies, Beacons, Tags, Log Files
Relativity6 websites may use various software technologies including “cookies,” “web beacons” or “pixel tags.” Cookies help personalize online experiences. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web server. “Web beacons” or “Pixel tags” are small pieces of code placed on a web page or within the body of an email to monitor the behavior and collect data about the visitors viewing a web page or viewing or opening an email. Relativit6 may use web beacons on our websites from time to time. When you return to Relativity6’s website the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the features that you customized. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since each browser is a little different, look at your browser's Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, some of the features that make your site experience more efficient may not function properly.
Third party ad networks may automatically collect information about your visits to Relativity6 websites and other websites, such as your IP address, your internet service provider, and the browser you use to visit our websites. They do this using cookies, web beacons or other technologies. This Policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, cookies or web beacons and other technologies in third party advertising. We encourage you to check the privacy policies of third party advertisers and ad services to learn about their use of cookies, web beacons and other technology. Certain cookie technologies are employed to make websites function for their intended purposes. By choosing to Relativity6 websites or Services after having been notified of our use of cookie policy in the ways described in this Policy, and, in applicable jurisdictions, through notice and unambiguous acknowledgement of your consent, you agree to such use. Relativity6 may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites using log files. Log files may also include information regarding the success, failure of, or individual satisfaction with recent print jobs. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Relativity6. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by Relativity6 for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Relativity6 website. This temporary storage of Personal Information by the system is necessary to allow delivery of the website to the computer of the user. To do this, the user’s IP address must be kept for the duration of the session. The data is stored in order to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data is used to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context. The log files will be deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period, unless there is a need to keep the data for the aforementioned purpose due to specific events.
Opting-Out and Unsubscribing, Correcting and Removing Your Personal Information
If you provide us with your Personal Information, you have the following rights with respect to that information: to review the user information that you have supplied to us; to request that we correct any errors, outdated information, or omissions in information that you have supplied to us; to request that your user information not be used to contact you; to request that your user information be removed from any solicitation list that we use; to request that your user information be deleted from our records; to opt out of being solicited by the Relativity6.
